Yawen Luo graduated from the Beijing Dance Academy. She teaches Chinese Classical Dance (Shen-Yun style), emphasizing breath-driven movement, internal energy, and rotational flow, integrating technical precision with embodied expression.
This course focuses on flexibility development using Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) techniques. Through guided contract–relax and hold–relax methods, dancers safely increase the range of motion while maintaining muscular control and joint stability.
